Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 7, 2026
Brivon Systems LLC wants our website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology. This statement describes what we have built in, the standard we work toward, known limitations, and how to reach us if you run into a barrier.
1. Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA for brivonsystems.com. Accessibility is part of how we design and review pages, not an afterthought. We have not obtained a third-party accessibility certification, and we do not claim full conformance; we work to find and fix issues as we identify them.
2. Measures we have taken
- Semantic HTML with a clear heading structure, landmarks (header, main, navigation, footer), and a “Skip to content” link on every page
- Keyboard operation of the navigation, FAQ disclosures, Measure Stack lane tabs, program links, and the contact form, with visible focus states
- Form fields with programmatic labels, required-field indicators, and status messages announced through a live region after you submit
- Text sized in relative units and layouts that reflow on small screens and when text is enlarged
- Color choices intended to give body text and controls strong contrast against their backgrounds
- Meaningful text alternatives for informative images, with decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology
- Respect for the “reduce motion” setting: entrance animations and the scrolling ticker are removed or reduced when your device requests it
- Descriptive link text, and no content that depends on color alone to convey meaning
3. Interactive features
The Measure Stack lets you switch between lanes (Sales, Operations, Customers, Forecast). The chart beside it is a visual illustration and is marked as decorative; the same information is available as text in the panel (starting price, scope, deliverables, and exclusions), so nothing is conveyed by the chart alone.
4. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. Examples we are monitoring include contrast on some decorative overlays over photographs, and the ticker band in the hero, which is a repeated decorative strip that is hidden from screen readers. Documents or files we send to clients during an engagement (such as exported dashboards or PDF reports) are produced to the accessibility requirements agreed in the proposal and may differ from the website.
Third-party content, such as fonts loaded from Google Fonts, is outside our direct control.
5. Compatibility
The site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) on desktop and mobile, and with common screen readers and magnification tools. Older browsers may not display all visual details.
6. Feedback and requests for alternatives
If you have difficulty using any part of the site, or you need information from it in another format (for example plain text, larger print, or a phone conversation), please tell us. Include the page address, the problem you encountered, and the assistive technology or browser you use if you can. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within two business days and to provide an accessible alternative or a fix plan within ten business days.

7. Accessibility of delivered work
If your analytics deliverables (for example a dashboard for staff or customers) must meet specific accessibility requirements, tell us in your brief so we can scope them. Where agreed, we design views with legible contrast, labeled charts, and text equivalents. We cannot guarantee conformance of third-party BI platforms in which a dashboard is hosted.
8. Review of this statement
We review this statement when the site changes in a significant way and at least once a year. It was last updated on the date shown above.
